- Services (web design, development):Â Only if work hasnât started. Once weâre coding, no refundsâbut weâll fix any mistakes.
- Subscriptions:Â Cancel before the next billing date. No refunds for partial months.
Whatâs Not Refundable?
- Custom work (like a website built to your specs).
- Services already delivered (e.g., SEO reports, completed designs).
- Downloadable files youâve accessed.
How to Ask for Your Money Back
- Email us fastâsupport@ixooweb.comâwith your order number.
- Tell us why (helps us improve).
- Weâll reply within 2 business days (usually faster).
Whereâs the Money?
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Bank delays? Could take 5â10 days depending on your provider.
Chargebacks = Trouble
Disputing charges without talking to us first? Weâll have to block your account. Just email usâweâre reasonable.
